Sofia Caldwell

Sofía is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for helping children thrive through individualized support. Inspired by her personal journey as a parent, she brings deep empathy, clinical expertise, and a strong commitment to family-centered care.

Brayan Contreras

Brayan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience providing one-on-one and group ABA therapy across clinic, home, and school settings. He tailors interventions to meet each child’s needs in their natural environment.

Anson Clark

Anson is a Registered Behavior Technician studying psychology and neuroscience at American University. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, she joined Early Autism Solutions in January 2025.

Ekream Seid

Ekream is a Registered Behavior Technician with a passion for helping children grow through ABA therapy. Originally from Ethiopia and raised in Northwest D.C., she is dedicated to creating a supportive and encouraging environment for every child.

Francisco San Román

Franki is a passionate behavioral therapist with a background in Psychological and Brain Sciences from George Washington University. He brings curiosity, empathy, and a thoughtful approach to supporting each child’s unique journey. He joined the team during his senior year at GWU.

Mariana Santamaria

Mariana is a BCBA in training with a strong passion for helping children reach their full potential. She holds a bachelor's in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland and a master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School in D.C.

Lisa Rodriguez

Lisa is a Cuban-born RBT who entered the ABA field driven by her deep love for children. Unlike many, her journey wasn’t sparked by a personal connection to autism, but by a genuine passion for supporting young learners. She is also bilingual, which helps her connect with a diverse range of families.
