Our Family Portal is a private, invitation-only community designed for open communication between families, therapists, and our support team. It allows you to receive updates, ask questions, and stay engaged in your child’s progress — all in a secure and easy-to-use platform.

Who has access to the community?

Only authorized parents, caregivers, and therapists involved in your child’s care will have access. Each user is verified and assigned to the appropriate group, so communication remains safe and focused on your child’s specific needs.

How do I get started?

After your intake is complete, you’ll receive an email invitation to join your child’s family portal. From there, you’ll be able to log in, view updates, and message our team. If you haven’t received an invitation, please contact us so we can help you get set up.

Can I access the portal from my phone?

Yes. The portal is fully mobile-responsive and works great on your phone’s browser. Just save the link for easy access.
